South Facing Pool
Our over sized sparkling blue private pool (28’x 14’) is located at the rear of the property. It is completely screened in and is south facing ensuring you are bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk. Don't worry if you want to escape the sun for a quick refreshment we have a large covered lanai area with ceiling fan and light for extra comfort. The pool features a multi coloured underwater pool lighting system and pool alarms for extra security ensuring your childs safety and compliance with Florida guidelines. It is the perfect place to sit with a nice cold drink overlooking the lake while watching the wildlife. Previous guests have seen herons, ducks, cranes, otters and even alligators.
We have included a gas BBQ at no additional charge.
Games Room
Kids (big and small) are sure to enjoy our games room which features a multitude of activities including pool table, air hockey, foosball and much more!
Family Room & Formal Dining Area
As you enter our foyer you will realize our villa is fully air conditioned and we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the lounge area. The den features a microfiber sectional, entertainment center which houses TV, VCR, DVD player and HiFi unit. There are plenty of DVD's tapes and CD's for you to enjoy. Sit and enjoy a book from our small library or a board game with the kids. We also have a playstation 2 console with a variety of games to choose from.
We have a lovely glass table with seating for 6 in the formal dining area. This area of the home has cathedral ceilings making it bright and airy.
An archway separates the formal dining room from the family room. It is comfortably furnished with two modern sofas and glass tables. From this relaxing room, the sliding glass patio doors offer a fabulous view overlooking the pool area and lake view.
Kitchen
The kitchen is abundantly equipped with large self cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, and large capacity refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. We also have a variety of small appliances to make your stay conveniant, coffee maker, toaster, blender and tea kettle. All cooking utinsels, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and pans that you will need are also provided. So whether you are planning on a full family meal or a simple snack, you will find everything you need and more. There is a breakfast nook overlooking the pool.
Master Bedroom En Suite
The master bedroom features a king size bed with a carved wooden headboard, matching dressing table and bedside cabinets. There is a smart TV with cable in this room along with alarm clock radio with USB ports for your charging convenience. A sliding glass door leads out onto the covered lanai. The en suite bathroom is beautifully fitted and features a walk in dressing room. We have placed a safe for you to store your passports and other valuables. All linens and towels are provided.
Bedrooms Two and Three
Bedrooms two and three feature quality furnishings and spacious wardrobes The front bedroom offers 2 twin size Disney themed beds and has a DVD/TV combo and bedside clock with USB ports for easy charging. The third bedroom features a Queen size bed, new plasma remote control cable T/V, alarm clock with USB ports.
Second Bathroom
The second full bathroom is situated between bedrooms 2 & 3. It has a bath/shower combo, single wash basin with vanity above and separate toilet. Again, all towels are provided free of charge.
Utility Room
A separate utility room offers a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Local Management Company
Our professional local Management Team live just minutes away from the house and are available to help you with any questions you may have during your stay. In the unlikely event of an emergency, they are available 24/7, thereby giving you the peace of mind that you will be looked after on your vacation.
Miscellaneous
There is a portable cot/crib (playpen), high chair, Stroller, push chair, and car seat provided for your use free of charge.

Our wonderful villa is located in the quiet neighborhood of Orchid Edge of Crescent Lakes in Kissimmee FL. Crescent Lakes lives up to its name featuring several lakes throughout the community which are stocked full of fish. It is beautifully manicured and features walking paths throughout ensuring you will catch a glimpse of our Florida wildlife. Past guests have spoke of seeing deer, turtle, otters, eagles, ducks and more.
Crescent Lakes offers two playgrounds one with exercise equipment, basketball courts, tennis courts, football/soccer fields and covered picnic areas.
