Inside, you will find a spacious, fully furnished, 3 bedroom 2 bath cathedral ceiling masterpiece, with a fantastic layout and enough room for everyone to relax. The home is completely tiled so if you have allergies, you needn't worry; there is no carpet, so you can enjoy your stay.


We take pride in our home. You will not find cheap or outdated furniture, electronics, or kitchen appliances. After all, this is our second home. During your stay at Private Disney Villa, our home is your home.

Living Space
The home boasts 2 living rooms, each with super comfy leather sectional couches. One living room has a 51 inch 3D TV with 3D bluray player, Apple TV, and Direct TV. The other living room has a 40 inch TV with a bluray player, Direct TV and an Xbox Kinect with many games, blu rays, and DVDs included.

Kitchen
A beautiful, stainless steel kitchen awaits fully stocked for your cooking and dining needs. All of the silverware, dishes, and cooking utensils are included. There is a breakfast nook with four seats as well as a dining area that has a lovely dining table set up for four (but, don't worry, we have extra chairs, too). We love coffee, so a Kuerig coffee machine with various Kcups is provided, as well as an espresso/cappuccino machine (coffee also included). Start your day's adventure right with the right morning drink.

Bedrooms
There is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and a 32 inch LED TV with Direct TV. The master bedroom has a large attached bathroom with double sinks, a garden tub, and a shower. The second room has a lovely queen size bed with Direct TV hooked up to the 32 inch TV. The third room has a fantastic double-bed bunk bed—not single beds, but a double over double bunk bed. There is also a closet full of toys! Clean, fresh bedding is provided for all bedrooms.

Bathrooms
The master bedroom has its own attached bathroom with double sinks, a garden tub, and a shower. The second bathroom has one sink and a tub and shower combo. Clean, fresh towels are provided for both bathrooms.

Backyard and Pool
The back yard has a screened swimming pool with adjoining spa with LED lighting for those night-time swims after a long day out and about. The pool and spa are controlled by a handheld remote, so you can fire up the spa when needed, no need to venture outside and fiddle with pool equipment.

The pool area offers a table for 6 under a ceiling fan. The pool deck has a basketball net as well as a pool chest full of water toys. Just outside of the covered lanai pool area, we also have a kids cottage and climber for the young ones.

BBQ Grill
Next to the pool, under a covered area, you will find the hybrid gas and charcoal infrared grill with complimentary charcoal and propane. You can cook in the outdoors enjoining the wonderful weather and then go for a swim; just like home, minus the cold.
